§ 466.07 YIELDING RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   (A)   When approaching an intersection, the operator of a bicycle shall yield the right-of-way to a vehicle entering, or which has entered, the intersection from any direction.
   (B)   When emerging from an alley, driveway or building, the operator of a bicycle shall, upon approaching a sidewalk or the sidewalk area extending across an alleyway, yield the right-of-way to all pedestrians approaching on the sidewalk or sidewalk area. Upon entering the roadway, the operator shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on the roadway.
   (C)   When crossing or entering a roadway at any point other than within a marked crosswalk or unmarked crosswalk at an intersection, the operator of a bicycle shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles on the roadway.
