§ 466.06 OPERATION ON SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   A person may operate a bicycle on a sidewalk in a residential district of the city, but no person shall operate a bicycle on a sidewalk in a business district thereof.
   (B)   When riding on a sidewalk in a residential district, the operator of a bicycle shall use the right side of the sidewalk, so far as is practical; shall yield the right-of-way to every pedestrian; and, when approaching a pedestrian from the rear, shall give an audible warning signal when at least 50 feet from the pedestrian.
