§ 462.10 USE OF LICENSE REVENUES.

All revenues derived from license and transfer fees required by this chapter shall be kept as a separate fund and used for paying the cost of street and alley improvement, repair and maintenance. The revenues shall be used in the manner provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance or in such other manner as Council may by ordinance direct.
