(A) Internet purchases.
(1) Only for license renewals on a pre-printed form, a discount of 10% per license, rounded to the nearest dollar amount, will be provided to those residents whose license purchase transaction is completed through the city website on or before 11:59 p.m. on June 20. Purchases should be completed by then to ensure delivery of the license on or before the June 30 deadline for displaying current licenses.
(2) Late fees will also be assessed for the internet purchases of licenses on and after June 30 of each year pursuant to § 462.05 of this chapter.
(B) Mail-in purchases.
(1) A discount of 10% per license, rounded to the nearest dollar amount, will be provided to those residents whose vehicle license purchase transaction is completed through the mail before June 20. If June 20 falls on a Saturday or Sunday the mail must be post-marked on the Monday after. Purchases should be completed by then to ensure delivery of the license on or before the June 30 deadline for displaying current licenses.
(2) Late fees will also be assessed for mail-in purchases of vehicle licenses received after June 30 of each year pursuant to § 462.05 of this chapter.
(C) Early bird purchases. A discount of 5% per license, rounded to the nearest dollar amount, will be provided to those residents whose vehicle sticker purchase transaction takes place between May 15 and postmarked by May 31.
(D) Discounts may be combined based on availability and fulfillment of the requirements outlined in this chapter.
