(A) A person who wishes to obtain a license required in § 462.02 shall apply for the license to the City Collector upon the form provided by the City Collector from time to time. The applicant shall report and furnish his or her name, address, the make, year, model and body style of the vehicle to be licensed and state license plate number.
(B) Any person who shall execute an application bearing false information shall be in violation of this section. Any person who knowingly furnishes any document bearing false information with an application shall be in violation of this section.
