For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ANNUAL.
The period from July 1 to June 30 of each year.
HOUSEHOLD.
A single dwelling occupying a house or apartment wherein the occupants may or may not be related by blood or marriage.
MOTOR VEHICLE.
Every vehicle that is propelled other than by the muscular power of humans, except the vehicles that run on rails or tracks.
