(A) Whenever authorized yield signs have been erected vehicles facing these signs shall yield the right-of-way to vehicles in the intersection and to vehicles approaching from the right or left.
(B) The following streets and parts of street within the city are hereby declared to be yield right-of-way intersections:
(1) Clinton Avenue southbound at 37th Street;
(2) Elmwood Avenue northbound at 35th Street; and
(3) Highland Avenue southbound at 14th Street.
