§ 460.04 DRIVING ACROSS RAILROAD TRACKS; SIGNS.
   (A)   No person shall cross the right-of-way of any railroad transecting the city, except at street grade crossings and when warning lights are not flashing.
   (B)   The Director of Public Works shall post signs along the right-of-way of any railroad transecting the city which signs give notice of the provisions of division (A) hereof.
   (C)   No person shall enter into or cross a railroad grade crossing when a signal device gives notice by flashing red lights, lowered crossing gates or bells, that the crossing is closed. The person shall remain outside of the crossing on the far side of the signal, away from the railroad track, until the crossing is opened, as indicated by the cessation of the signal warning.
