§ 460.03 DRIVING THROUGH ALLEYS.

(A) No person shall drive through an alley for the sole purpose of driving from one street to another. Alleys shall be used for business purposes or for the convenience of those residing adjacent thereto.

(B) No person shall drive through an alley for the purpose of evading traffic control signals or devices.
