No vehicle operating on any of the following streets in the city shall be turned so as to proceed in the opposite direction, which type of turn is known as a “U” turn: Oak Park Avenue, from Roosevelt Road to Thirty-Ninth Street; Harlem Avenue, from Roosevelt Road to Pershing Road; Roosevelt Road, from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue; Cermak Road, from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue; Ogden Avenue, from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue; and Twenty-Sixth Street, from Lombard Avenue to Harlem Avenue.
