(A) No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall install, place, maintain or construct any structure that encroaches upon the state right-of-way on Cermak Road within the city limits.
(B) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attach a copy of this section to the agreement dated October 10, 2000, by and between the state and the city relative to the improvement of the Cermak Road resurfacing.
