§ 440.02 REPAIR OF MOTOR VEHICLE ON STREET.
   (A)   No person shall repair, attempt to repair or engage in the repairing of, a motor vehicle on any public street, alley or parkway in the city. However, emergency repairs by the owner of a motor vehicle are permitted if they are completed within eight hours and are made in front or in the rear of the residence or place of business of the vehicle owner.
   (B)   The curbside or alley repair of a motor vehicle by a service truckman or a home repair business are exempt from the provisions of division (A) hereof only if a business license has been secured therefor and the repair is completed within one working day.
