§ 424.16 JUDICIAL REVIEW.

Judicial review of administrative decisions issued after a hearing regarding vehicle immobilization or towing and impoundment made under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law, as set forth in ILCS Ch. 735, Act 5, § 3-110, incorporated herein by reference.
