§ 424.12 TOWING AND IMPOUNDING OF IMMOBILIZED VEHICLES.

Except where a vehicle is otherwise subject to towing, if an immobilizing restraint has not been released as hereinabove provided, within 72 hours of its placement, the vehicle shall be towed and impounded.
