The Zoning, Planning, and Development Commission shall have the following specific duties and responsibilities pursuant to the Zoning Code.
(A) Make final decisions on applications for zoning appeals.
(B) Make recommendations to the City Council on applications for special use permits.
(C) Make recommendations to the City Council on applications for major zoning variations.
(D) Make recommendations to the City Council on applications for zoning text and map amendments.
(E) Make recommendations to the City Council on applications for planned developments.
(F) Prepare and recommend to the City Council a comprehensive plan for the city and propose needed amendments to the plan from time to time.
(G) Other responsibilities as designated by the Zoning Code or by the City Council.
