§ 289.05 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
   The Emergency Telephone System Board shall, on or before the last regular meeting of the City Council in March of each year, make to the Mayor, to be transmitted by him or her to the City Council, a report of the actions of the Board, the rules in force therefor and the practical effect thereof, and may in the report make suggestions as the Board believes will result in the greater efficiency of the emergency telephone system.
