Not fewer than eleven meetings of the Youth Advisory Board shall be held annually, and special meetings shall be held at the call of the Board Chairperson. All meetings shall be open to the public. The Board shall keep minutes of its proceedings and report to the Youth Commission all business conducted at the meetings. A majority of the voting members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business, and the Board may act by a majority vote of those present. The Board may adopt its own rules of procedure not inconsistent with this chapter.
