§ 274.02 COMMISSION MEETINGS; QUORUM; RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   Not fewer than 11 meetings of the Youth Commission shall be held annually, and special meetings shall be held at the call of the Commission Chairperson. All meetings shall be open to the public. The Commission shall keep minutes of its proceedings and shall keep records of any research, study or consultation in which the Commission has engaged. A majority of the voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business, and the Commission may act by a majority vote but with the concurrence of four members. The Commission may adopt its own rules of procedure not inconsistent with this chapter.
