(A) There has been established and presently exists in the city, pursuant to the provisions of ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-16-1, as amended, the Public Health District of the Town of Berwyn whose boundaries are coextensive with the boundaries of the city.
(B) The Supervisor, Assessor and Clerk of the town constitute a Board of Health which executes and enforces all ordinances of the city relating to public health and sanitation, and the Board of Health is hereby declared to be the Board of Health of the city for those purposes.
