§ 242.11 RETIREMENT AGE FOR MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OR FIRE DEPARTMENT.

The age for retirement of any sworn member of the Police Department or the Fire Department of the city shall be upon a member’s attaining the age of 65.
