§ 242.02 MAYOR, CLERK AND TREASURER RESTRICTED FROM OTHER OFFICE.

The Mayor, the City Clerk and the City Treasurer shall not hold any other office under the city government, except that the Mayor may also hold the office of Liquor Control Commissioner and as is otherwise provided in ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 3.1-15-15.
