§ 228.02 COMPOSITION; DEPARTMENT HEAD.

The Department of Finance shall include the Director of Finance, the City Treasurer, the City Collector and all clerks and assistants as Council may provide by ordinance. The Director of Finance shall be the head of the Department and shall have the management and control of all matters and things pertaining thereto.
