§ 226.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.
   There is hereby established an executive department to be known as the Law Department, which shall include the City Attorney, the City Prosecutor, and assistants, clerks and secretaries as the Council may by ordinance provide. All members of the Law Department, except clerks and secretaries, shall be attorneys at law duly licensed to practice in the state.
