§ 212.01 RECORD AND MEMORANDUM OF ORDINANCES.
   The City Clerk shall record, in a book used exclusively for that purpose, all ordinances passed by Council. Immediately following each ordinance, the Clerk shall make a memorandum of the date of the passage and the publication, where required, of the ordinance.
§ 212.02 RECORD AS EVIDENCE OF PASSAGE.
   The record and memorandum required by § 212.01, or a certified copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, passage and the publication or posting of ordinances.
