§ 208.06 PUBLIC RECORDS.

All information submitted by a contractor or subcontractor pursuant to this chapter are public records subject to review pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (ILCS Ch. 5, Act 140, §§ 1 et seq.).
