For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any individual in the employ of the City of Berwyn ("city").
PUBLICLY POST or PUBLICLY DISPLAY. To intentionally communicate or otherwise intentionally make available to the general public.
