§ 202.18 RECORDS.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall keep at least one copy of these Codified Ordinances, which he or she shall mark as set forth in this division. Whenever an ordinance which amends or makes an addition to these Codified Ordinances is passed and approved, he or she shall note on the margin of the section to be amended or added to that the amendment or addition has been made, with a reference to the place in the amendment book, provided for in division (B) hereof, where the amendment may be found.
   (B)   The Clerk shall also keep a separate book containing every amendment or addition to these Codified Ordinances, with a reference on each copy of the amendment or addition as to the place in the record of ordinances where the original ordinance may be found. The records shall be kept in addition to the record of ordinances which the Clerk is required to keep by statute.
