§ 151.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.01 through 151.07 of this chapter is guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Each day upon which a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.20 and 151.21 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
