§ 134.01 PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

No person shall be in any public place in a state of intoxication. A STATE OF INTOXICATION means the condition in which a person is under the influence of drugs, alcoholic beverages or low-point beer to such an extent as to deprive the person of his or her full mental or physical power or be unable to exercise care for his or her own safety or the safety of others.
