§ 133.21 CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ANY PERSON. Any human being, without regard to the legal or natural relationship to a minor, as well as legal or corporate entities.
      MINOR. Any person under the age of 18 years.
   (B)   Prohibition. Any person who shall knowingly or willfully cause, aid, abet or encourage a minor to be, to remain, or to become a “delinquent child”, as defined by state law, shall be guilty of an offense.
