(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(B) (1) The parking or leaving of a motor vehicle as set forth in § 131.06 of this chapter shall constitute the offense of unlawful parking or leaving a motor vehicle after business hours, punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(2) If a person violates § 131.06(C)(2)(a) of this chapter, it shall constitute the offense of unlawful presence on property after business hours or congregating after business hours and is punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
