§ 114.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Such person may also be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation.
