Any license issued by the town may be revoked by the town’s Board of Trustees, after adequate opportunity for hearing, for any of the following reasons:
(A) The licensee, or his or her agents or employees, have created or are creating a public nuisance; and/or
(B) The licensee, or his or her agents or employees, have violated any provision of this code related to the license or business or other violation of this code or applicable law.
