§ 111.29 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   Licenses required by this subchapter shall be issued by the town’s Clerk-Treasurer upon payment of the required fee and compliance by the applicant with all applicable ordinances of the town, and upon a satisfactory showing that the applicant has obtained such state and county permits as are required by law.
