§ 111.26 STATE PERMIT AND TOWN LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   State permit. No person shall engage in the business of selling, offering for sale or distributing any low-point beer, at retail, for consumption or use, without first having obtained a state permit to do so and, in cases where such beverages are consumed on the premises, a permit as provided by the statutes of the state.
   (B)   Town license. No person shall sell, distribute or dispense any low-point beer at retail to the public without first having obtained a license to do so from the town, and making payment in advance to the town’s Clerk-Treasurer in the amount as provided herein.
