§ 111.10 PERSONS UNDER 21.
   (A)   Sales to. No person shall sell, deliver, furnish or give any alcoholic beverage to any person under the age of 21 years; except, that this division (A) shall not apply to a parent or guardian as regards his or her child or children.
   (B)   Presence on premises.
      (1)   No licensee shall permit any person under 21 years of age to enter, remain within or be about the premises of a retail package store or mixed beverage establishment.
      (2)   No person under 21 years of age shall enter, remain within or be about the premises of a retail package store or mixed beverage establishment.
   (C)   Misrepresentation of age. No person shall misrepresent his or her age either orally or in writing or by presenting false or altered documentation of age for the purpose of inducing any person to sell him or her alcoholic beverages.
   (D)   Employment. No licensee shall employ any person under the age of 21 in the selling or handling of alcoholic beverages; provided that, a mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, special event or bottle club licensee may employ servers who are at least 18 years of age, except persons under 21 years of age may not serve in designated bar or lounge areas, and a mixed beverage, beer and wine, caterer, special event or bottle club licensee may employ or hire musical bands who have musicians who are under 21 years of age if each such musician is either accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or has on his, her or their person, to be made available for inspection upon demand by any ABLE Commission officer or law enforcement officer, a written, notarized affidavit from the parent or legal guardian giving the underage musician permission to perform in designated bar or lounge areas.
   (E)   Possession. No person under 21 years of age shall be in possession of any alcoholic beverage while such person is upon any public street, road, highway or in any public place.
