§ 31.02 COMPOSITION OF BOARD; ELECTIONS; TERM OF OFFICE.
   The Board of Trustees shall consist of five Trustees, said Trustees to be nominated and elected by the town at large. General elections shall be held on the first Tuesday in April every two years.
