§ 31.01 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
   (A)   The town is governed under the Board of Trustees form of government. The Board of Trustees shall consist of five Trustees.
   (B)   All powers of the town shall be exercised in the manner prescribed by this code, by state statute and in such manner prescribed by ordinances adopted by the town’s Board of Trustees.
