(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.11 of this chapter or who violates or refuses or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by the Health Officer pursuant to §§ 90.01 through 90.11 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Every day’s violation of any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.11 of this chapter or of such order of the Health Officer or Animal Control Officer shall constitute a separate offense.
