(A) Billing required; rendition; due date. No free service will be permitted. The Authority will render statements to customers of the water system monthly. The amount shown thereon shall be due and payable by the customer to the authority upon receipt of the statement.
(B) Delinquencies; disconnection and reconnection. The Authority will cause any connection to its water system to be disconnected in the event that all sums due to the authority for water and sanitary sewer service or either of them furnished at said connection are not paid by the twentieth day following billing; provided that, the Authority may disconnect any connection at any time after the billing date if it feels itself insecure. In the event of disconnection for any reason, reconnection will be made only after payment of the sum of $50 to the authority for each reconnection made.
