(B) Existing bulk users.
(1) Owners of all multi-unit hookups now in existence shall be required to sign and comply with a new “multi-unit water users agreement”. This agreement shall apply only to the multi-unit hookups now in existence, and shall not apply to any future hookups. All future hookups shall be in strict compliance with the original water user agreement.
(2) Each multi-unit water user shall pay the minimum charge for each unit for the first 1,000 gallons. Standard rates are to apply over and above the accumulated minimum.
(3) Any user not wishing to sign the multi-unit agreement may, as an option, install a meter for each unit which may be provided by the town’s Public Works Authority at its cost. Any user who fails to comply with one of these options shall be subject to the terms of the original water user agreement.
(4) Any user who signs the multi-unit agreement, then violates the terms of said agreement, shall be subject to the terms of the original water user agreement.
