§ 52.02 WATER METERS.
   (A)   Metered water required. The water system of the Authority will be fully metered.
   (B)   Type of meter. All water meters utilized to measure the quantity of water sold and delivered in the town by the town's Public Works Authority shall be of the following type: low-flow registration of 95% at one-fourth gallon per minute, and the town shall replace, at its expense, any non-conforming meters as funds become available for same.
   (C)   The following fees shall be due for installation of any water meter:
      (1)   One thousand three hundred dollars for Residential ¾ inch meter;
      (2)   One thousand three hundred dollars for Commercial Class 1 ¾ inch meter.
      (3)   One thousand three hundred dollars for Commercial Class 2 ¾ inch meter;
      (4)   Two thousand seven hundred ten dollars for Commercial Class 3 one inch meter;
      (5)   Three thousand three hundred eighty-five dollars for Commercial Class 4 two inch meter;
      (6)   Three thousand nine hundred fifty-five dollars for Commercial Class 5 three inch meter; and
      (7)   Five thousand three hundred ninety dollars for Commercial Class 6 four inch meter.
   (D)   Any septic tank located on a property requesting service from the Authority shall be inspected by a certified plumber and certified to meet Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards prior to installation of any water meter. A copy of such inspection must be provided to the Authority prior to
installation.
