§ 52.01 RATES, CHARGES, RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The town’s Board of Trustees hereby approves and adopts the uniform schedules of rates and charges and rules and regulations in this chapter, governing the operation of the water system owned by the town and leased to the Trustees of the town’s Public Works Authority, as established by the Trustees of the town’s Public Works Authority.
