§ 95.13 POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION OF EVENTS; PARK CLOSURE.
   (A)   The Berne Park Board, or its designee, may postpone or cancel events due to inclement weather or public safety.
   (B)   The Berne Park Board, or its designee, may close the park at any time when there is an apparent danger to the persons using the park, the park itself, or for any cause which could affect the safety and welfare of the public.
   (C)   This section may be enforced without the concurrence of those persons or organizations then using the park or facilities in the park.
