(A) No person shall, in Lehman Park (including any boundary road thereof), or other public place (including any parkway) under the control of the Berne Park Board, except under the auspices of public authority:
(1) Violate any existing city, county, state or national ordinance and/or laws; or
(2) Fail to comply with any reasonable direction given by any police officer, any city employee, any authorized designee of the Berne Park Board or contained in any notice posted by the Berne Park Board or its designee.
(B) Failure to leave Lehman Park when requested to do so by an authorized employee or designee of the park board for violation of any of this chapter, and any park rules or regulations, will represent a further and separate violation of this chapter. Additionally, no person shall violate any order or provision thereof posted at Lehman Park by the Berne Park Board or its designee.
