No person shall, in Lehman Park (including any boundary road thereof), or other public place (including any parkway) under the control of the Berne Park Board,
(A) Skateboard on any sidewalks or interior drives in the park.
(B) Play ball or any other game or sport except in designated recreational areas;
(C) Play golf or hit golf balls; or
(D) Unless under a lease or concession granted by the Berne Park Board, and unless a written permit be on their person or prominently displayed and proof of liability insurance is provided, use inflatable play equipment.
