§ 95.09 FIRES.
   No person shall, in Lehman Park (including any boundary road thereof), or other public place (including any parkway) under the control of the Berne Park Board, except under the auspices of public authority:
   (A)   Drop or place and suffer to remain a lighted match, cigarette, cigar or other burning substance other than in receptacles and designated grilling stations for such use.
   (B)   Make a fire in the park except in designated receptacles, briquettes are the only combustible material authorized for barbecue or brazier use. Wood fires are not permissible. It shall be the responsibility of every person igniting a fire in the park installed grilling stations to completely extinguish it before leaving the park.
