No person shall, in Lehman Park (excluding any boundary roads or internal driveways thereof), under the control of the Berne Park Board, except under the auspices of public authority:
(A) Drive any vehicle upon any sidewalk of Lehman Park except in accordance with a written permit from the Berne Park Board.
(B) Drive in excess of 15 miles per hour on any interior driveways of the park, except where specifically designated.
(C) Drive any vehicle or horse-drawn carriage into the interior portion of the park except on designated driveways.
(D) Wheelchairs, or other ADA compliant vehicles, baby carriages or other like vehicles are exempted from this section.
