No person shall, in Lehman Park (including any boundary road thereof), or other public place (including any interior driveway) under the control of the Berne Park Board, except under the auspices of public authority:
(A) Sit, stand or lie upon, or climb upon or over, any handrail, railing, fence, wall, roof, statue, monument, fountain, bush or tree;
(B) Go under any handrail, railing or fence;
(C) Go upon any flower bed or cultivated area;
(D) Damage, deface, cut, spray, paint, mark, scratch, write on, or otherwise deface or alter any natural feature, fence, wall, building, sign, monument, or other park property; or
(E) Dig up, cut, break, remove, deface, defile, injure or take any form of plant life, including the removal of wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand and gravel, tree, bush, plant, turf, rock, gravel.
