No person shall, in Lehman Park, (including any boundary road thereof):
(A) Have in his or her possession any alcoholic beverage, intoxicating liquor, illegal drugs or synthetic drugs.
(B) Sell or provide for the sale or distribution of any alcoholic beverage or intoxicating liquor, any illegal drugs or any synthetic drugs.
